Welcome to NRL-SACCL website. Early identification of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) for adequate prevention and control is an essential aspect in improving general reproductive health and a primary means of eliminating preventable infertility. The establishment of the STD/AIDS Cooperative Central Laboratory (SACCL) aims to coordinate all prevention and control activities as well as address the gaps in the diagnosis of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in order to strengthen the STD/AIDS Prevention and Control Program of the Department of Health.
