What is the step-by-step process of authentication of documents for OFWs?

1. Liaison officers of DOH - accredited OFW clinics located in NCR MUST bring the complete documents for authentication to BHFS personnel concerned (Ms. Joy Herrers).2. For those OFW clinics in the provinces with no main branch in NCR, the applicant can personally bring the documents for authentication to BHFS.3. BHFS personnel will then release DFA claim stub/s to the liaison officer/s of OFW clinics or the applicant who personally brought the documents.4. BHFS will process documents for authentication.5. Courier service hired by DFA goes to BHFS to pick authenticated documents from Mondays to Fridays.6.  Liaison officer/applicant will have to go to DFA to pick up authenticated documents upon presentation of claim stubs.
