Public Hearing
TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given on the conduct of a public hearing on the Standards and Technical Requirements for the Licensure and Regulation of Ambulatory Surgical Clinics Providing Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery.
The Bureau of Health Facilities and Services will hold the public hearing on July 24, 2008, Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Audio-Visual Room, Ground Floor, Lung Center of the Philippines, Quezon City.
All interested parties who wish to attend the public hearing should inform Arch. Annabelle Caramba at 743-8301 local 2525 (trunk line) or 711-9572 (direct line) not later than July 21, 2008. Each agency, institution or organization should send ONLY one (1) official representative.
