About EVP

The Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) [3] is authorized by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) to sponsor foreign national physicians as Exchange Visitors in accredited programs of graduate medical education or training or advanced research programs (involving primarily observation, consultation, teaching or research). New Applicants

The first-timer applicant should then proceed to the Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) for interview scheduled every Wednesday 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. at the following address: Citigold Center, 1345 President Quirino Avenue corner South Superhighway, Manila, 1107 Philippines with E-mail address at cfodfa@info.com.ph [4].
