January 9, 2002 - " Creation of DOH Anti-Graft Committee " as per DO No. 12-I s. 2002

June 2002 - Presidential Anti-Graft Commission included the DOH as one of the initial agency for CPRP (Corruption Prevention Reform Program)

Dec 15-17, 2004 - Workshop for high level officials on "Countering Corruption through Integrity Development: A key to Economic Competitiveness"

January 7, 2005 Creation of DOH- Integrity Development Committee (DOH-IDC) as per DPO# 2005-0112 amended by DPO# 2005-1870 to include the Resident Ombudsman, TAN and NAMFREL as regular members

September 30, 2005- Establishment of the Regional IDC (CHD-IDC) as per DM# 2005-0146
