Our Mandate and Direction
By virtue of Executive Order102, the Health Manpower Development and Training Service (HMDTS) was expanded and renamed Health Human Resource Development Bureau (HHRDB) which is mandated to ensure the quality of training and health human resource development at all levels of the health care system.
