PURPOSE OF THE AWARD
The Outstanding Prevention and Control of NCD-Award encourages health advocates to be sensitive to the important contribution of improving the lifestyle of the people as a relevant and vital factor in the holistic health care delivery system in our country.

Nomination Procedures

1. Who can be nominated?

Communities (LGU, GO, and NGO), Professional Organizations/Societies (medical or non -medical), Food Establishments/Manufacturers and institutions with the programs on prevention and control of non-communicable disesases, can be considered candidates for the award.

2. Who can nominate?

Nominations may be made by individuals or organizations, societies or coalition members. Self-nomination, however is not allowed.
