Health Secretary Enrique T. Ona (6thfrom left), with Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda (5thfrom left), stresses that the Department of Health (DOH) will continue to upgrade government health facilities to improve health conditions of Filipinos during the recent blessing and inauguration of the new P60M Operating Room complex of Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital in San Fernando, Pampanga. Ona added that closer coordination with local government is a vital link towards achieving the DOH’s goal of Kalusugan Pangkalahatan(Universal Health Care).
