Health Secretary Enrique T. Ona clips a violet ribbon pin to Zamboanga Representative Maria Isabelle Garcia Climaco-Salazar as a symbol of support and solidarity to cancer-afflicted individuals during the Global Call to Action Public-Private Partnership for Cancer Care and Control dubbed as ‘Moving As One’. Cong. Climaco-Salazar stressed that basic human rights include one’s right to wellness and this is the primary reason why she filed House Bill 5368 to create a National Cancer Institute of the Philippines otherwise known as the National Cancer Institute Act of 2011.
